Right now this is just a beta, but I do want all the feedback so ive made this public for now

Right now the only version is for windows, but ill get up a Mac and Linux version if people show interest

Download and unzip, you should be able to run the .exe from there and it should work, it may ask to install a microsoft c# redistributable if you dont already have that
